C4C is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2023. We understand the significance of creating partnerships between community members and law enforcement. With the new police department established in Lathrop, CA, our mission as a non-profit is to bring the community together and assist those we serve. We are dedicated to giving back, fostering trust, and enhancing relationships within the community.
